  • This season’s highlights include Amelia in a new production of Simon Boccanegra at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, where Maria is currently a member of the ensemble – Maria is an alumna of the prestigious young artist programme at the Bolshoi Theatre, and is the winner of Queen Sonja International Music Competition 2021 and the 2019 Moniuszko International Singing Competition.

  • Recent highlights include her role debut as Donna Anna in Don Giovanni at the Dmitri Hvorostovsky International Opera Festival; the title role Iolanta in concert with Vasily Petrenko recorded for broadcast on Arte; Joan of Arc in Tchaikovsky The Maid of Orléans at Novaya Opera in Moscow which was broadcast on television and radio, as well as Wagner Wesendonck Lieder with the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra. Next season Maria will make her UK debut with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Petrenko in an opera in concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
