    Having been wrongly accused, his quiet strength sees him befriend the prison fixer Red (Morgan Freeman) bringing about a unique friendship between the two. Andy’s determination for freedom however, sees his character create one of the most memorable twists in cinematic history, even one Red did not see coming.
