  • Future seasons will see Buialskyi make as series of debuts, including at the Opéra de Lille in new production of a Mozart opera conducted by Emmanuelle Haïm. At 23 years old, he has already distinguished himself with competition success at the 2019 Moniuszko Competition and the 2020 Tenor Viñas Competition. At the 2019 Neue Stimmen Competition Buialskyi was the first recipient of the Brian Dickie Young Talent Award. He is an alumnus of the Young Singers Project at the Salzburg Festival. Buialskyi led the Metropolitan Opera Chorus and Orchestra in the Ukrainian National Anthem as part for the Met's A Concert for Ukraine, which has since been nominated for a Grammy.
Despite his young age, Buialskyi possesses a voice of remarkable maturity - artistically he performs with an unusual sencerity and a freshness of style that is ideally suited Mozart and Rossini.
